The Bureau remained in a release reached SPS that these movements and enhancements are a flagrant violation to ongoing ceasefire between Saharawi army and Morocco under auspices of UN pending the organization of self-determination of the Saharawi people.
The office in its meeting chaired Saturday by president of the Republic and Secretary General of the Polisario Front, Mohamed Abdelaziz, condemned “ the continued campaigns of repressions ,arrests, unfair trails and siege against citizens, students and Saharawi human rights activists in occupied territories , southern Morocco and Moroccan universities,”
It affirmed that there must be “intervention by international community to stop Moroccan campaign against Saharawi defenceless citizens, end home arrest on ,Aminatou Haidar, end siege that imposed on her comrades and release of the group of seven ,Yahya Mohamed alhafed Iazaa and all Saharawi political prisoners”
The National Secretariat office stressed the need for an urgent end to the work of the “Moroccan military provocation over occupied territories of Western Sahara and to stop the strengthening of the military wall which represents real threat to security and peace and a crime against humanity, it is time to put it down,” according to the release.
It finally called on UN to assume its” responsibilities to stop all these dangerous escalation policies which will not provide necessary circumstances to conduct direct negotiations between two parties of the conflict ,POlisario Front and Morocco guarantee right of the Saharawi people to self- determination and independence in accordance with the resolutions of international legality.” Ended the communiqué.(SPS)
